Primarily Reiki and Massage are used to soothe and relax your muscles by an ITEC Swedish Massage trained therapist, in Swindon, Wiltshire. As a Loyal Member all the above things can be considered. Deep tissue massage is offered also.
The Physiotherm brings a wealth of health benefits and recognised and used by many top athletes including top England and European footballers.
Unlike wet saunas that heat from the outside in, the infrared sauna heats ones blood and therefore heats from the inside out. It is a dry sauna and is a fantastic cold preventative treatment also.
